ESWC Africa, back & bigger

For the second year in a row, ESWC stops into Morocco. After its first edition with more than 8,000 visitors, inwi renews its trust in ESWC to offer the moroccan public an even more ambitious event.

In 2019, ESWC Africa thinks bigger! After the loud success of the Africa Gaming Fest by inwi in 2018, ESWC and its major partner settle down in the Carré d’Or during the weekend of November 23rd and 24th. Three great esport tournaments are scheduled for this two days event:

  • The ESWC Africa League of Legends tournament: after studying applications of amateur, pro and semi-pro teams from all around the African continent, 3 teams were selected according to their rank, their provenance and their motivation. They will confront each other during two matches for this gauntlet format tournament that will distribute $15,000 cashprize.

  • The FIFA20 Moroccan Community Tournament: a few months after the new opus went out, Morocco sees its first national competition organized. After qualifications through the inwi e-league, gathering 100 participants, 4 players will join the main stage of the ESWC Africa that will welcome the semi-finals and the finals of this competition with $2,500 put into play.
  • The ESWC Africa Fortnite tournament: after four intense days of qualifiers with the inwi e-league, 96 moroccan players will come to play on the event within a big LAN party of 100 players. They will be lucky enough to play with 4 LeStream players, specially invited for the occasion. The 8 best moroccan duos will share the $5,000 cashprize.

Once again this year, the ESWC Africa is part of the unmissable event Africa Gaming Fest by inwi. In addition to those esport shows, the moroccan audience will be able to enjoy several animations around the gaming universe as well as freeplay zones. Inwi and ESWC are looking forward to seeing you on November 23rd and 24th at the Carré d’Or in Casablanca!
